I'm about halfway through Bel Canto and am struggling with it a bit, and trying to decide if I will finish it or not. I really enjoyed Patchett's other books I've read (Truth & Beauty, The Magician's Assistant), but this one isn't really keeping my attention. If you've read it, did you like it?

I have recently been given some awards by fellow bloggers and I wanted to take the time to thank everyone. Things have been hectic in real life and I haven't had as much time for my blog as I would like. However, these awards are very important to me and I wanted to make sure they got the acknowledgement they deserved.

Since I am slow in getting these all up, as these awards have been going around for a while, I have decided to show my gratitude to ALL of the blogs that I faithfully read by spending more time commenting.
